  4.  This function allows the creation of a new catalogue. Within the string
  5.  gadgets a catalogue-name and optionally a description has to be entered.
  6.  The input has to be confirmed by pressing RETURN.
  7.  The Cycle gadget allows the selection of a catalogue-type.
  8.  
  9.  The following types are available for selection:
  10.  
  11.    - Greyscale, thumbnail size   80 x 64  pixel
  12.    - Greyscale, thumbnail size  120 x 96  pixel
  13.    - Greyscale, thumbnail size  144 x 112 pixel
  14.    - Coloured, thumbnail size    80 x 64  pixel
  15.    - Coloured, thumbnail size  120 x 96  pixel
  16.    - Coloured, thumbnail size  144 x 112 pixel

  19.  Pressing OK creates the new catalogue (if not already there),
  20.  ABORT cancels the function without creating a new one.

  25.            * coloured catalogues are only possible with AGA CHIPSET
  26.              or graphic card.
  27.  
  28.            * the catalogue name has to correspond with AmigaDOS naming
  29.              conventions (not containing ":" or "/").

  31.            * the catalogue name is limited to 20 characters, the catalogue
  32.              description is limited to 40 characters.
  33.  
  34.            * This function is not available with RAMDISK active.
